policy is customer service, whatever it takes. If you have any problems with our candles, i.e. fragrance, scent
throw, the way it burns, PLEASE DON'T BE SHY...contact us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us.
We will replace or refund, whichever you decide.
We want you to be happy with our candles.
Part of our customer service is education...how we make our candles, wicks, wax, fragrant oils, colors. You are
spending good money on our product and we want you to be satisfied with it. Please contact us with your concerns.
